The camera only supports 2.4 GHz WiFi. A connection to a 5 GHz WiFi network is not possible.
Is the smart bird feeder weatherproof?
Yes, the smart bird feeder from Sanilu is made of weatherproof materials and protects the camera and the food from rain, snow and direct sunlight all year round.
How do I clean the bird feeder with camera?
The bird feeder can be opened easily so that you can refill the feed and clean the inside. It is recommended to clean the feeder regularly to prevent mold growth and spoilage of the food.
How does the notification function work?
As soon as the camera detects movement, you will receive a real-time notification on your smartphone so that you know immediately when a bird is at the feeder.
What should I do if the camera does not charge despite the solar panel being connected?
Check the connection between the camera and the solar panel.
Check the indicator light on the solar panel.
In fall and winter, it is recommended to charge the solar panel completely with the supplied USB cable before use.
The solar panel has been designed so that the batteries in the solar panel must first be charged and then, when a certain amount of energy is stored, it is released to charge the camera. So that the solar panel works well even without sunlight.
If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.How do I know if the solar panel is working correctly?
The solar panel has an indicator light:
- Red light: Solar panel batteries are charging.
- Green light: Batteries are fully charged and can supply the camera with power.
How do I reset the camera?
